Richard E. Paige
Paige received his B.S. in Geology in 1983 from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut and his M.A. in Geology in 1988 from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Suemaur Exploration & Production, LLC in February of 1996, he was employed with Enron Oil & Gas Company in Corpus Christi from 1990-1995 working both exploration and development in the Lobo, Frio, Reklaw and Olmos trends. Prior to that, Paige worked for Shell Western E&P as an exploration geologist in the Gulf Coast Division in Houston.
Milan Swikert
Swikert graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Geological Engineering. Upon graduation Milan began his professional career with Tenneco Oil Company as a production geologist. In 1980 he became an independent consulting geologist working with a number of independent oil and gas companies including Matagorda Drilling, Triad Energy, Marinex Energy, O.D.I., Harry Cullen and Sanchez-O’Brien. In 1997, Swikert became a Principal in Constellation Partners, Inc., an independent exploration company.
Patrick J. McCullough
McCullough holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, and is an active member in the AAPG, DGS, HGS. Patrick has worked in the exploration and development of oil and gas for 6 years in the State of Texas. Patrick’s experience includes extensive work in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as East and South Texas. Patrick held the position of Geologist for Hunt Oil Company until 2007, where he was responsible for several discoveries including: Galveston Blocks 223/240, Giv’n Take Field and Rapture Field (Lower Wilcox) Lavaca County and Decker Switch Field in Houston County. From 2007-2009 Patrick worked for Abaco Operating, LLC and was responsible for discoveries in McMullen and Kenedy counties, including numerous exploration projects throughout the Gulf Coast. In addition to his seismic interpretation work and geological evaluations, McCullough studies new exploration trends in various basins for further potential exploration efforts. He joined Suemaur Exploration & Production, LLC in November of 2009.
Leighton Devine
Devine received his B.S. in Geology in 2001 from the University of Texas, Austin. Prior to joining Suemaur Exploration & Production, LLC in October 2009, he worked as an independent geologist exploring multiple trends along the Texas Gulf Coast. Devine joined Suemaur in 2009.
Robert W. “Rob” Gatza
Gatza received his B.S. in 1974 from Lamar University – Beaumont, Texas. His career began with Arco followed by Tenneco and Amerada Hess Corporation. Rob has concentrated the majority of his exploration and development in the Texas-Louisiana onshore and offshore shelf Gulf Coast working in most major producing trends.
John G. “Jack” Elliott, Jr.
Elliott received his B.S. in 1973 in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Following graduation Elliott began his professional career with Amoco Production Company in New Orleans, Louisiana working as an Exploration Geophysicist. Subsequently, Elliott worked for a succession of major and independent oil companies including Tenneco, Texaco, Hunt Oil Company, Southland Royalty, Mitchell Energy Corporation and most recently Meridian Resources. His expertise included sequence stratigraphic and structural interpretation, as well as program design, acquisition and processing of 2D and 3D seismic. Elliott’s exploration experience is broad-based and includes the Fort Worth Basin, Arkoma, East Texas and the Gulf Coast, both onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico. Elliott joined Suemaur in 2006.
